A compilation of the top 100 plays from the 2021 college football season. This list includes amazing catches, crazy runs, clutch plays, miraculous game winning plays, and others. The order of the list is entirely based on my opinion as no metric was used to rank the plays. Watch all 34 minutes to relieve some of the most exciting moments from this past college football season including Michigan State’s game winning interception against Michigan and Jacksonville State’s insane game winning hail mary to take down Florida State. I know this list is far from perfect but keep in mind there are thousands of plays in a college football season and it’s pretty much impossible to know about every single one of them. I’m sure some plays are missing, some are too high, and some are too low. If I didn’t include a play from your favorite team I promise it isn’t because I hate them. I understand a lot of people will disagree with some plays, but please just keep it respectful.
Edit: Credit to Harris Highlights for being the first person to upload top 100 plays college football videos. He hasn’t done a list for 4 years so I decided to give it a shot myself. Also thank you to everyone who left play suggestions on the community post I made a few days ago, that was a big help.

This is why college football is the best sport in the world, forget soccer, forget cricket, forget badminton, forget rugby. THE BEST SPORT and nothing tops it. Nothing.
The FSU-Notre Dame game maybe the best one of all in terms of human drama. First of all, had Jordan Travis not gotten injured, FSU would have won the game. Secondly, he was replaced by McKenzie Milton whose comeback story from a life-threatening leg injury where doctors said he could never walk again was a real-life miracle. Unfortunately, Mac was nowhere near what he was as the former starting QB for UCF. This was painfully obvious by how he played in this game and the J State game that followed. J State’s win over FSU wasn’t a HAIL MARY – it was a WHY the HAIL did we have only two DB’s back at their 20?
Take away the injury to Travis and the start to the 2021 Season would not have been 0-4 and J State would not have gotten their "miraculous upset."
Even so, the FSU-ND game showed the nation that this FSU team was different from the dumpster fire it had been after JImbo bolted for TAMU.
