Where was the pitcher in this coverage? I admire the catcher for his effort but the pitcher should be moving to the hole in anticipation.
There were indeed "errors": coverage errors; 2 to be exact.

I’ve watched an awful lot of baseball in my life (65 years), but I’ve never seen a player slide into three bases on same play
