Pretty sure holding a player in is illegal.
Thank you for providing the not so obvious tactics of the sly side of rugby, to those who are interested to keep learning.
For someone who has been out of the game for 50 years, it can get confusing, as to what is and isnβt happening.
Something that never changes is that the ABβs will always know how to extend the rules just beyond the limits, without getting penalised.
Obviously they used to have Richie to drag even more of that into the game.
Itβs not that the ABβs always play better rugby, itβs just that they are very sly, and that allows them to capitalise on that, along with their allotted portion of 3 forward passes per match.
Fortunately it only rugby.π€ͺ

England had two cracks and fell short of an 80 minute game. What happened?
T just me or did he not put the ball down before the line.no try
This is illegal
The final and real problem here is that the English winger hovers around the wrong side of the contact area, doing nothing, and only responds when Telea has the ball.
The England 14 was out of position, the end
The difference between just playing and knowing exactly what you’re doing. Plus stretching the laws to their limits !
The pot calling the Kettle black π England’s tactic of tackling the ball carrier regardless of ball in play or transferred on is to take him out of the equation thereby reducing the probabilities
Typical excuses from the salty poms smh they had two cracks at a new all black team that had only been together for 9 days π
Yeh part of the problem is England had a perfectly good try disallowed at the other end as usual.
Proctor tackled his man. Send this to TMO
