  1. Love the vids even though you were horribly wrong about JSN. It happens though, we all have our misses.

  2. Niner fan here. Love Brock. Don’t want to pay him $60. 40-50 is manageable but he’s not QB1-5 and we can’t pay him like he is. That’s how we become the cowboys.

  3. As a 49er fan I’m happy with Purdy for somewhere under 60 mil. Should be plenty left to build around him with the growing cap. Purdy is also the savior of this franchise, the team desperate of young talented players because they waisted 4 first round picks, 3 for the trade for Lance and 1 more for Lance himself. The 49ers need a home run draft again this year if there is any shot to stay on top of a rapidly improving NFC. Purdy has earned his keep to be the center piece of this mini- rebuild/ team transition that will be taking place the next 3-4 years

  4. Only thing I’ll say for the hawks, I think Lockett should be lower. I love him, but he’s cooked

  5. 49ers really got a lot of questions this upcoming offseason luckily they got 50.6m in cap space and 11 draft picks they should invest on the trenches

  6. 27:25 On Brock purdy:

I think going into this year expecting to pay him is definitely scary, but ultimately i think we can pay him in the 50-60 apy range with a few outs in his deal that lets the contract not be as terrifying.

He’s a great leader, mature dude that knows the offense like the back of his hand, and has some really exciting playmaking with his legs. Plus, there is some hope that his bottom 5 arm strength can improve with another year removed from that ucl tear, and (Hopefully 🤞) a full off-season. He will never be as physically talented as guys like herbert, but I think theres a universe where he sits in the range of the 4th-8th best qb every year.

  7. K1 definitely didnt perform his best down the stretch but how much of that is on him and how much on the O line completely falling apart after the bye? Went from one of the least penalized teams to a ridiculous amount of penalties as well. Surprised Budda Baker and James Conner are not on the list

  8. 24:02 great point about puni, and yeah, the niners have mentioned short shuttle as a very important thing in their draft process since 2022 (banks was the last player we drafted whi was poor in that category)

  9. Die hard Cardinals fan. Marvin had incredible games but look like he wasn’t playing with total confidence. Michael Wilson made one of the best catches of the year and goes unnoticed. Froholdt had great games but every so often he’d get thrown back 4 yards into Kyler. Cards lost basically all edge rushers including dennis gardeck. Roy Lopez played incredible snaps at NT one of the best in the league at holding the point of attack and run stoppage. Zavin was good but lacks pass rush moves. Cards still have the best safety group in the league with all pro play from Budda. Thompson also played great. Trey McBride showed himself to be a top 4 TE. Chad Ryland was automatic for most the year at kicker, literally one of the best in the league. The cards have drafted edge players ever year and still need talented LB play. Kyler played well, I think his fall off was largely due to injuries to the offensive line. Will Hernandez getting hurt showed a gaping hole at RG. Concluding this team was one of the 3 most hurt teams this season. I’d like to see them take the best lineman available at 16. Offensive being probably more needed. RT is Shakey and both guards need improvement. The cardinals need a slot WR, I’d like to see them resign Kirk. His connection with Kyler was undeniable. This team is built for a playoff run if they can protect Kyler and keep James Connor efficient.

  10. Yeah as a Seahawks fan I’ve been ready to move on from DK pretty much since we drafted JSN. His character issues have played out. I feel like every game he’s getting in fights and drawing penalties. That’s just on top of what you pointed out here. I’m ready to move on from him, but also Tyler being at the end of his career makes me nervous

  11. I’m so bummed about DK. It feels like has pretty much been the same player throughout his career. He has the talent to be a Hall of Fame player but instead, he chooses to coast and not progress each off season. I would be okay if my Hawks traded him

  12. Not sure where other WRs are scored across the league but an 87 seems kinda crazy he’s a top 6 WR in ball

  13. Jauan Jennings is a monster run blocker he will put you down in the run game he’s coming like Hines Ward

  14. First off thank you for telling me to check out this video. Secondly I’m glad I was right about every FSU player. And lastly I think Brock got a lot of extra flack for a team in disarray with absolutely no continuity in the second half of the season.

Edit: Trent Williams missed time was more due to having twins die than the actual injuries. Just something to consider

  15. Murphy did a lot of little things that made the Seahawks defense work, and analytics are on his side . Next year I think he takes a step up on the stat sheets if they add a true run defender on the Dline

  16. I wish Madden had rating systems like this where there is a genuinely large gap between the best and just “good” players. But that game is entirely broken and will never be fixed so whatever

  17. Alaric Jackson’s projected market value is only 15m if we let him go for that I wouldn’t understand it

  18. I know these don’t do the numbers your other videos do, but I think the hardcore TFG fan base really appreciates it! I know I do!

  19. As a Niner fan the draw of Purdy is his mental. He’s a great processor and has enough tools to play at a high level. He’s young, he’s played some big time games, he seems like he grinds.

I think the -2 rating for Purdy is a little rough. I think he fits in that 82-84 range. He lost loads of his big weapons and had a horrid o-line. He did some incredible stuff this year despite that (and a general down year from the whole team).

Further, I truly think he is special in the way he understand the pocket and pressure. His play extension is underrated and his scramble ability is a sneaky weapon.

  20. Ill stop believing in Kyler again and im sure he’ll go back to being great. I held on for years saying he was just slightly above average. Finally, after so long, i said okay enough i give in he’s good. Next game was when he started playing worse 😂. Kinda like how something happens 20 times then you bet on it and it never happens again. Ill go back to my old opinion, everything will go back to normal.

  21. Great video and info, but how did Jordan Mason get left out from the 9ers review? He’s so good and seems like nobody ever wants to talk about it. The guy is consistently averaging 5+ yards per carry for 3 seasons now.

  22. i’m curious if kyler becoming a checkdown machine in the 2nd half was because he was being coached that way or if he himself decided to be a lot more conservative. either way, i hope in the future they dont start playing it super safe when they’re in a position where they control their own destiny

  23. 35:50 i don’t think banks had thet good of a year personally. I think he was the second weakest link on our line after our center, Brendel, who killed us on third down every game. He was my biggest dud of the year

  24. mcbride is at least a 90 imo, triple digit receptions, amazing blocker and hes hurdling people lol

  25. another important piece of context for darius robinson’s disappointing rookie season is that his mom died in october. like bro spent half the season rehabbing then lost his mom, then had to rehab for a few more weeks before he could even make his debut. a short list of dudes could have dealt with all that and had any real success

  26. As a Cardinals fan, I agree with pretty much everything you said.

Just a couple of things :

    – I still think that James Conner is one of the most underrated RB in the league, he fully deserved his new contract.

    – Sean Murphy-Bunting was ABYSMAL. Should have been downgraded multiple points here. I genuinely think that he was the worst starting outside corner of the league. Reminded me a lot of infamous trash corner Marco Wilson, who at least was fun to watch and took chances from time to time with interceptions. I sincerely hope that we’re going to do something in FA or in the draft, or at least start Max Melton next year. This position has been a problem for the Cardinals for as long as I can remember.

  27. Why does nfc west feel like it’s going to be a tough year/season to win the division for any team

  28. Brock was so inconsistent without cmc and ba still other players which idk why he regressed oh wait maybe don’t hold onto the ball and go 15 yards backwards lol

  29. Good video. A couple things on the Cardinals. Garrett Williams is still too low. Also, Kyler needs a solid O line for him to play well. Once our starting tackles and Guard went down, Kyler struggled.

  30. Cards O-line coach isn’t new for Paris, being his coach when he was in Ohio State
15:35 oh and don’t forget about Dennis Gardeck getting IR’ed in week 7. Our entire starting front 7 died. There was honestly nothing we could do. Hopefully next year we’ll have everyone

  31. 27:05 imo they should let him play out his contract but realistically he’s going to get paid a lot

  32. As a niners fan, the main reasoning for me wanting to pay purdy is, like with Tua, Goff, and Hurts, the odds of improving at the position is slim.

  33. Best slot other than St. Brown? Did we forget about Jayden Reed? Reed isn’t a crazy amount better but is better than JSN

  34. Feel like Jennings,Kittle,Ricky,2 good rbs and you would’ve thought you scored more in the red zone probably

  35. So happy I had Verse as a Top 4-5 blue chip player last year, he’s everything I knew he could be💪
