  1. How is the weight of the 16oz gloves? We all know before there was always 2-4extra oz. Since the hogh precision looms lime they found a scale. How are the loops, easy to get them on and off during training?

  2. Ah I didn’t know that paddles are used for that. I assumed they were used to focus on speed

  3. Love getting new gloves but having to put a shit ton of rounds on them before they get comfertable is annoying

  4. wtf is bad wrists and how do u get em.. u cant do bags with them ? bad wrists sounds like a new hobby

  5. ya dude, my wife and I are also using the clitoris paddles in our workouts, and I can confirm it’s an eye catcher at the gym.

  6. Hey guys question from a newbie how exactly do I go about finding gloves that fit my specific hand size??

  7. Where do I get them for cheap cuz the places I looked at are WAYYYY too expensive, an MMA equipment site had the gloves ALONE at $449.95.

  8. They say those double straps get in the way, what is your experience? I tried them on at the store before but never did any work on them. Fit ia nice but i can see the double velcro being bothersome.

  9. Any tips on how to help your wrists heal? Suppose it’s repetitive strain injury or something, working on computers all day doesn’t help either. Haven’t had a proper heavy bag session in months, first my right then left wrist started aching from the occasional rough hook on the hvy bag. Any stretching or supplement suggestions perhaps? Thanks, loving the content ❤

  10. It’s insane how there’s specific equipment for boxing. Specific training. Specific environments and attitudes for it. Yet there’s no specific jobs for it. No career schools that teach it. No way to become a trainer and actually get paid unless you do USA Boxing and that’s just amateur fighting as well as volunteering. You don’t get paid anything. I know because I’m Green Level Coach. Yet there’s nothing or anyone around for me to go to and actually learn more IN PERSON and to get paid. Love Boxing. Since I was 13. But there’s nothing in it for people like me tryna go and make a name.

  11. I started using paddles because I tore my labrum and holding pads for some of the bigger punchers in my gym was absolutely killing me 😂
