The best advice you gave here is "Teasers are sucker bets", in the meantime you are encouraging a teaser bet. It’s 3:30 on Thu afternoon and on Draft Kings you can get KC -2.5, DET -2.5, PHI pck, BUF +7.5 and OSU -2.5 with a 6 pt tease. YES teasers are sucker bets and the books wouldn’t offer them if they were going to lose. And when I see a lineup like Draft Kings has on the board today, it tells me something won’t go as planned this weekend because DK wouldn’t expose themselves to such obvious and enormous risk. Folks, if you want to win (or just have fun without losing your shirt) just say "no" to parlays and teasers.

I actually did take KC as a teaser with Buffalo. Took it early so I have 2 units on KC -1.5/ BUF +7.5. But I also hedged with a small bet on Houston on the ML which eats into my potential profit but also gets me close to net zero should the improbable happen. There’s still risk where KC wins by a point and Buffalo gets blown out, fingers crossed that this doesn’t happen.
Given Steve’s logic, I will tease Buffalo with Baltimore and the Chiefs with Notre Dame ! 🙃
