Many old school players have said the Old Chicago Stadium was intimidating as hell and loud af with the fans and pipe organ, you climbed up steep stairs to reach the ice surface. The old Boston Garden was intentionally a smaller ice surface to compliment their big bruisers and run visiting players out of the rink

I don’t go to many games but I went to a game at FLA Live Arena this past January and that place was buzzing, I was surprised

Everyone is surprised about how seattle fans show up. Its like we support all of our sports teams no matter what. Our mls team has a huge and devote fanbase. We just need the sonics back🥲

I’m surprised no one said Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. It’s a beautiful building. ( Canadiens fan here). Other great "road" buildings and atmospheres in my opinion are Boston, MSG and UBS when their teams get going, Pittsburgh, Washington, Nashville, Chicago (of course!), Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary, Seattle,San Jose and LA. Vegas also goes without saying (it’s probably the only building I’d go into while wearing my Habs colours,just because the atmosphere is worth it)
