Dudes like Marz are nerds man. “What else is the conversation but to win” is a clown statement. A great young player being in the conversation even if 4th or 5th MATTERS. This is what Lebron means stop disregarding the great play to try to prove a point. He deserves to be discussed right next to those guys (SGA, Jokic, Giannis) even if he doesn’t have the resume to beat them out.

How you not top 5 in MVP discussions but you the best player on a top 5 team in a loaded Western Conference?
The messed up part is that he has been the best player on that team and I still don’t have him top 5 in my MVP race.
I honestly think the MVP is Jokic and nobody else is even close.
SGA is incredible, and the Thunder are top of the West but with all the adversity that Denver has had to navigate through, and for them to be 2nd in the West while their only consistently reliable player has been Jokic is insane to me.
Injuries, chemistry, and inconsistent bench production has plagued the Nuggets all season long and yet here they are in position to be viable contenders while Jokic continues to put up video game stats on a regular basis.
I like Joker because he’s a pass first player. He gets all his teammates involved and elevates their play.

The MVP race is SGA vs Joker, nobody else really has a chance imo unless Tatum or Mitchell go on some monstrous run to close out the season.

I wouldn’t say JJJ belongs in the mvp conversation because in order to have a conversation there’d have to be some reason you could argue he’s been more valuable than Jokic or SGA and there isn’t .. but I will say assuming these guys all play 65 games SGA, Jokic , Tatum and Giannis are locks for 1st Team All NBA and the 5th spot is up for grabs JJJ, Mitchell, Lebron , Cade, Brunson are the players that come to mind for the 5th spot.
Jjj is REALLY good but with that being said he ain’t no mvp apex player
