  2. Im a cycling freak only thing i do i bike for like 2hrs everyday a normal bike for 90minuts and a exercise bike for 30

As somebody who’s lifted for seven years and has just dived into running, let me tell you that they both have advantages and disadvantages and a huge disadvantage for just being a gym bro is that your dynamic and stabilizing muscles are probably shit and it’s gonna lead to some severe injuries if you don’t do the right type of dynamic training, not to mention your cardiovascular health.
