Pitchers rarely pitch with a windup anymore, which is prolly the reason for so many injuries. Pitchers in the past used their legs more…Seaver, Gooden, Ryan, Palmer, Tiant, Drysdale, etc….and could pitch much longer that guys these days. Coaches don’t teach it, and that’s goofy….
Baseball would really benefit form different camera angles to view pitches ..a behind home plate angle..and an aerial view
