  1. IM HAPPY THAT WE HAVE GOT RALF RAGNICK AS OUR INTERIM COACH/MANAGER. I REALLY ADMIRE HIS TACTICS AND THE WAY HE APPROACHES DIFFERENT TEAMS AND IMPLEMENTS HIS STYLE OF PLAY

  2. Very interesting and he clearly knows football deeply, I can see where Klopp gets his influence. One thing though – wouldn’t this constant high intensity in attack & defense put huge physical strain on the players? Sounds like it would require extremely high fitness levels.

  3. Change the mentality of these man united players … they are the raison when many coaches have been sacked…plain and simple .. some of them you need to get rid of

  4. He needs TOTAL control in order to shape the club from the inside and out. Hoffenheim gave him that but it is something that the truly big clubs like Bayern and Liverpool or even Chelsea would not. The reason Man United hired him is because the team and the club is in a spot of bother. I would have been intrigued if he was in charge of Aston Villa or Newcastle but they seem to have opted for shrewd operators like Christian Purslow and Dan Ashworth (known for his work at St. Georges Park and more recently, Brighton and Hove Albion in Sussex).

  5. I know it sound Funny but as an Indian I wish if he came to India we would be qualified for our first FIFA world cup without a doubt 🥲🥲

  6. It’s okay with Rangnick versed in coaching after managing several clubs in Europe. Football is about players. You may have good coaching and tactics but the way how managing human is different. Players are not machine. Anyhow good luck to him since he has nothing to lose if his stay is only till end of 21/22 season.
UCL is more important, if United can win this trophy, Rangnick is fantastic.

  7. When he talked about set-pieces, I instantly recalled that United has not scored a single goal from a set-piece this season.

  8. He spoke more tactically in 3 minutes here than Ole did in 3 years. Its going to be refreshing not to hear "United DNA" and "The United Way" as the answer to every question.

  9. Long time United supporter. Not sure that Ralf will be the interim manager. If all goes to plan he might very well end up the manager.

  10. His tactics cannot be implemented with current squad at United. Most of them are overrated and useless. I feel sorry for Ralf.

  11. Gebt Ihm etwas Zeit dann wird Machester United wieder Meister … Er ist ein absoluter Fussball Professor.

  12. This is basicly the same man as LvG! «A man with a plan»! «Philosophy»!
    Ringing any bells guys?😂😂

  13. 🤯!!!!! As a coach that is just such great information. Helps me expand on my soccer brain. Thank you Ralph. You are a soccer genius. WELCOME TO MANCHESTER UNITED!!!!

  14. I love how he went kind of confrontational when he was asking the audience (twice) about set pieces and training time. Like he would have gone mad, if he had to ask a third time.

  15. I can’t remember the last time Utd controlled games but if this squad can buy into his philosophy it will be fun to watch.

  16. WOW…..I HAVE NOT HEARD MUCH ABOUT THIS GUY BEFORE THIS. BUT TO BE HONEST ….
I DONT READ OR WATCH MUCH APART FROM NEWS ON MAN UNITED.

SEEMS LIKE THE BEW FOOTBALLING DEPARTMENT HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB. THIS GUYS SEEMS PHENOMENAL.

IF THINGS TURN OUT WELL……I HOPE HE REMAINS ASCTHE MANAGER……SEEMS A WEE WORTHY HEIR TO SIR ALEX FERGUSSON.

NOW LETS SEE HIS RESULTS IN TURNING THIS DISJOINTED, MENTALLY MUDDLED BUT SKILLED TEAMS TO PULL IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

AND HE MUST BE GIVEN A FREE HAND IN DECIDING THE TEAM DIRECTION.

LOVED HIS TALK ABOUT FOOTBALL AND DAMN…..SHOULD HAVE GOT HIM 5 YEARS AGO. BUT BETTER LATE THAN NEVER.
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FOOTBALLING DEPARTMENT….. VERY VERY ASTUTE SIGNING.

WAS VERY VERY DEMORALISED BY OLE SACKING ….BUT GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED.

  17. He already has the distinction of being the most fluent speaker in the English language United have appointed as manager in almost 40 years!
